He had his mask on, he was concerned about my problem, friendly and even had the car looked at way ahead of schedule. He did such a great job! He represents you well. This was a wonderful experience and the car was in my drive the same day. They bring the car for a test drive and every encounter with the team was exceptional. I would recommend this dealer for his professional service and friendliness.
Aman and the service guys did a great job. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Large maintenace on a 10 year old Ridgeline-timing belt kit and major servicing. Pretty sure with these guys around I'll keep the truck another 10 years.

Everything went smooth and easy. Was a good experience and Jerry was really nice and responsive.
Every time I need service at honda they are nothing but professional and courteous and very attentive to myself and vehicle related needs.
Heading back to any sort of "Service" experience is unnerving during this time. My appt was scheduled sooner than I had expected, and the wait time during service was reasonable.The staff were all very friendly, courteous and the effort to maintain safety precautions were evident. I look forward to utilizing Honda of Grand Blanc in the future. Thanks guys! :)
