Took my CRV in for a minor oil leak and scheduled maintenance. The mechanic found an issue with the engine that may have caused major damage if not repaired. Although the service cost more than I originally expected, my car is running great and no more oil leaks. I was also able to inspect the worn parts. Thank you Josh and Patrick! Next time I need either of my CRV's serviced and to buy a new Pilot, I will be back.
Above and beyond, got me the ride I wanted in the color TODAY hung out late, after close to teach me all the bells and whistles. My sales guy Jason Donaldson was super cool, attentive and awesome! Travis Jones, was a super wingman, these two are great!
Per usual we went to Jason Donaldson, if you want a great deal with no run around he is the guy.
They got me in and out in a timely fashion ( about an hr.) for an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection, in addition to the multi-point service check, at a fair price Very professional and friendly.
Great experience! Jennifer, Service Department was awesome! I called for oil change and she got me in at 2PM today! 44 mins later on the road.....friendly, professional, just good ole customer service! I live in Howell and get my 2017 Ridgeline serviced here, worth the drive!!!
I had to reschedule a service appt from the previous day. They got me right in, completed the service and Josh reviewed with me what was done. Couldn’t be any smoother.
