Went in for an oil change 2 hours later it was completed. Everyone is friendly and it is a clean service area. Oil Changes are cheap which is a big plus. I have to confess I didn't have an appointment but it does seem to take quite awhile to have an oil change. They do a 30 point check which is nice. Maybe that's why it takes so long. I had a check engine light on I told the woman at the counter I thought it came on when my son ran my battery down. Brakes and rotors replaced on Friday. I start hearing noice in the wheel area Saturday. Sunday it starts getting worse. I check the lug nuts and was able to remove 2 of 5 lug nuts from front and rear drivers side wheels with my fingers. I had to tighten all the lugs on driver side. Passenger side was completely tight. How could this have been missed? Thank god I didn't lose wheel and kill or injure someone. Adding service bays won't help you if your quality of service declines with the increase in volume. Good personnel and excellent and trustworthy service. We bought our first Honda Accord from Honda of Grand Blanc in 1994, a Honda S2000 in 2008 and a new Honda Accord in 2015, and all three cars have been exceptional. Honda of Grand Blanc has handled all of the service and maintenance on all three cars.
Between Mark and Jason, we got a new home for our dog and a new van. Couldn't be more happier.
