I live near Newcastle and travelled up and down the country to get my first "big" bike. The service from the first phone call was great, I had several discussions about the bike and had lots of information sent to me prior to going so that I was 100% sure I was travelling for a good bike. I hired a van to transport the bike and they helped load it and securely tie it down, it didn't move at all during the drive. Probably one of the most friendly dealerships i have been too . I knew the bike i wanted thankfully they had a demo . Took it out there and then and was very happy . Wanted a few days to decide no hard sales pressure . Ben said he would give us a call in a few days which he did . Decided on the deal which was fair , even got to pick a plate .
