Michael Powers was absolutely amazing. . this is our second new vehicle purchased from him. And he was very patient and knowledgeable about the products they have to offer and we left last night with our 2023 Honda CRV and are extremely happy with the service that was provided. From the moment Malachi Williams greeted us at the door until I drove the car off the lot he was with us. Very disappointed in this dealership from the "fenagling" with price when buying 2021 CR-V to today needing new tires with at 31kmiles. Tires Hankook stated for 70k miles. Left message to be contacted by manager a week ago and they can't bother to return call to discuss. Emailed tire manufacturer to discuss and they said they don't really have a warranty for new cars only those who buy tires from them for repeat business. Another consumer rip-off. Buyer Beware!

I’ve been leasing vehicles from Honda North for fifteen years. Michael DeRosier contacted me sixth months before my lease end to inform me that it may take that long to get an ordered vehicle in. When I informed him that I moved to RI, he didn’t hesitate. Two days after Christmas and 4 months ahead of schedule, Mike called to tell me there was an HR-V available that was the same as I ordered.
