Today had our 1st service since we bought it a year ago. $122.00 worth of service but it didn't cost us a thing.The service advisor Mark told us during the work about the 1st 2 services being free when we bought it. I forgot about that. Service advisor Mark was a fine employee and very easy to deal with. 10 stars for the whole dealership.
We worked with Michael Desrosier and he was great. Actually everyone we had to deal with was great. I would highly recommend Michael and this dealership.

Worst dealership service department I have ever dealt with. First I had an issue with my A/C (there was a recall on) & had to pay for it and when it stopped working again very soon after they finally fixed it as a recall issue. Then I take it for the “life time oil change” as I have done in the past and they do other service I did not want and charged me for it! This dealership is very shady. Do not recommend them.

Rude manger Tommy the worst human you can ever talk to he non disrespectful and rude
Jeff Dales is very professional and does his work sincerely without being delusional by giving wrong hopes to his customers about the delivery date unlike other dealers I encountered. I highly recommend Jeff for his cordial and professional upfront for car dealership. I had a highly positive experience with him.
