I bought a new car in January 2023 from Edward who was a pleasure to work with. He had a training to go to on the day I signed papers and picked up and had one of his associates help me with the sticker and showing me the options who was way less attentive and seemed like I was a bother to him. He came out of his training and checked on the sticker and plate process which was over two hours and sure enough the car was ready. Incredible experience all around! The vehicle that was sold to me didn't even make it home from the dealership. The alternator blew out. The dealer made it sound like I was getting a good deal on a car, and knew I didn't have much money to spend and took advantage of that knowledge. And sold me a car for half of the sticker price. They didn't say much about the car when I came to pick it up. And when I handed them the check they were quick to push me out the door. I came to Honda North on Saturday 3/18 looking to test drive some vehicles. When I came in the dealership was very busy. I met Cassie at the reception desk. I told her I would like to test drive some cars. She said, I can help you. I explained what I wanted and how I've had my car for a long time. Cassie was so nice.
