Honda North has great service and very polite attendents. After checking out the car, they always come and show me what needs to be worked on so I am aware of any problems.

I was recently in an accident where my car was totaled. It was very stressful to be in the market for a vehicle. Aaron H. made the process stressfree and answered all of my questions. He was able to provide guidance regarding certified pre-owned, new, and hybrid vehicles. Thank you for demonstrating ethics during a time when so many are taking advantage of the market.

Very pleasant, and easy experience buying a Pilot from Honda North. Kevin made the process painless. very open and honest, offered to order the vehicle we desired, and explained the difference from what was in stock. I would 100% recommend the sales staff and Kevin to anyone looking for a Honda, or a used care from Honda North.

Made an appointment on line for service. Chad was pleasant, but I was turned away because they did not have a rental car for me. Returned a week later. After service, I found leftover plastic bits on the driver's side floor, and all the packaging trash from the parts they used in my trunk. Not impressed. My email to them about these things and was not answered.
