An Associate greeted you when you walked in the door asked if your here to see someone or if you needed help. Very quick to help in anyway. Great service I would definitely recommend Bedard Brothers
I enjoyed my time at Honda First Team. The employees were very pleasant and I would recommend anyone here! Kenny Anderson was very friendly and Professional. Derek Holden also made the process smooth and hassle-free.

1 Always GREAT service! 2 Kudos to my rep Emily, after checking me in, I asked a small favor and she assisted with my key fob w/o hesitation. Together we got it right #teamwork #girlpower 3 While sitting waiting I heard Shaneka & Fantasia providing WONDERFUL service over the phone and when others checked in also. Those 3 ladies were on point Honda should be lucky to have them on the team!!!
Overall the dealership is great. More service staff would be helpful to reduce wait times.

The express service lane for oil changes is very quick. There were 7 vehicles ahead of me and I still only wait less than an hour. I am truly impressed.
