I'm a new homeowner in a property managed by Bradley Davis and HomewoodHomes. In short time, I have needed help in clarifying questions on being a owner in the building, problems with the bins a security issue and unauthorised works by a neighbour. Very good communication and solutions to all. Not my usual experience with management agencies
Bradley has been fantastic throughout the last 12-15 months of working with Homewood. I was apprehensive to work with a managing agent after hearing so many horror stories about nightmare agencies but Bradley has been excellent and I cannot recommend him enough. Absolutely loved my experience with Homewood from start to finish. Bradley has been so brilliant throughout the process, always answering our questions promptly (even during odd hours of the weekend) and reassuring us along the way. The entire move in process was seamless and perfect, would 100% recommend to tenants.
