I've been in my current property, managed by Homestead, for around 18 months now. I have been pleasantly surprised by their diligence and prompt response to any requests that may need addressing... I've also been particularly impressed by Hannah, who has been extremely helpful in her role. Any required works on the premises have been addressed and subsequently authorised to be carried out by them in a prompt fashion, and undertaken by good quality Contractors. Thank you.

As a Director of an apartment block managed by Homestead I am happy with the work and support they provide , in ensuring that the upkeep of the property is maintained to the standards that the residents expect. Our account manager Debbie is always available to discuss any issues that occur and help with providing a solution.

Since Homestead took over running the block of flats, as a new director I have been happy with homesteads professionalism and experience. This is also true of Deborah our site manager. We are now confident where we stand financially and in terms of maintenance done and required.
