Wonderful Customer Service My family and I toured an apartment shown by Ms Von, she was very pleasant and very patient. She answered any and all questions that I had and made my Application process easy and stressless. I appreciate her professionalism and excellent Customer Service. Thank you again for your support.
Zero stars is too much. They do not fix things, NEVER. I lived there for two years and the bathroom ceiling was always leaking. They painted it and that was it! One day later, the ceiling was like nothing happened (of course). On top of that they do not do anything about the rats and other pests. Look somwhere else... If I could put zero stars, I would.
Verified Renter Southridge apartments is a local living area that is close to all the local hot spots and is easy to get to all the sprouting ares fast and easy with no problems

Verified Renter 3rd year here and I love it. Neighbors are very sweet. Quiet neighborhood which is such a huge plus. Amenities are good and they just installed new washers and dryers which work great!

Rats in the parking lot, holes in the wall. Great location. Spacious apartments. Wish the owners would renovate the exterior and entryways. Taking care of the rats in the parking lot would be a great start.

Verified Renter It’s a good place to live minus all the rats outside and lack of maintenance. Overall it’s a big apartment space, no roaches or mice inside the home

Verified Renter I have lived here two years and my Kia was stolen twice. The neighborhood seems ok but I would love to see the security be more present. The 1st year was tough because of the upstairs neighbors. But since they left it’s been much better. The property is kept pretty clean. There are posts of activities for the kids.

Verified Renter It has been pleasant the people are nice and actually help when needed. The only problem we have is maintenance, we put in emergency maintenance and it took us going to the office and then calling them in just to get stuff done.
