Bad Management! lazy maintenance! rent gets higher every month! Apartment flooded 3 times in one year and had to use my rental insurance. Rent seems reasonable until they start charging over $300 in gas and water plus what that decide to make up. They have rodent and flooding issues. The maintenance team doesn’t like to work and will half fix the problem whenever they get to it. There is no parking and only one washer and dryer.

Verified Renter Been a resident for 8 years now and I’ve never had a problem the office didn’t work with me to resolve. No issues with neighbors or parking. Convenient place to li, shopping center across the street and close to 295

Verified Renter The office personnel are awesome! Everyone is friendly and maintenance works very quickly. Nice area with many dog walking paths. I would love a dog park to be built, but other than that I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Verified Renter This is a good place to live. Easy access to highway and necessities. Sometimes, there are restless people around here but the neighborhood is fine. The area sometimes smells of sewage.

Verified Renter It's cool, a bit pricy but cool! The homes require some maintenance outside of emergency repair. I like the way the staff seems to value the residents.

Verified Renter We moved in at the end of February 2023. So far so good! We’ve had a little to no concerns, and anything that has come up the wonderful complex staff has taken care of it. Here’s to an experience that will change how my family experience life.

RATs, Mold, flooding, hidden Fee’s No parking Maintenance is horrible and will enter your home whenever they feel like it.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere I moved in August 2022 (after countless date changes by the company and no initial walkthrough) and about 15 minutes after my moving company left, I found my first roach. It is now October 2022 and I still have roaches with no clear end in sight. The staff has been unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with, stating that they are "understaffed" and this is why my living space has been made less of a priority. AVOID AT ALL COST DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have lived here for almost 4 months. The day before my move in date, I was told that that apartment would not be ready. I arrived to the apartment 2 days later and everything that I was told would be fixed had not been. I needed a new medicine cabinet, tub was not cleaned out, pieces to hold the carpet to the hardwood floor was not in place, a stopped was missing from the bathroom sink, the blinds needed to be replaced.
