Verified Renter Costs are too high for such old apartments with many building issues. Water is turned off to these apartments way too much. Staff doesn't care. There are too many uncalled for fees. There are too many cost increases with no improvements tothe community

Verified Renter It’s great. This is my third year living here and I’m enjoying it. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood which I like a lot. The only concern is the washer and dryer room in my complex looks awful. I have yet to do laundry here. Everything else is perfect.
