Very Poor Horrible Place to live. Even to my enemy, I would never suggest living here. They do not have they amenities other places have and still will charge you the same prices. I was promised new cabinets and counter tops within the first few months of moving and saw no improvements. They also make you give 60 days notice before you vacate. Roaches roaches roaches !!!!!!! I've only lived in these apartments for 5 months and I hate it. My problem is the ROACHES!!!! I've never seen so many roaches in my life I'm not sure if it's from nasty neighbors or if there just comin from the walls and under the carpets but it's nasty and ridiculous! The exterminator comes once a week but they don't seem to help because i still see them a lot! Wish I Could Give One Star Been without AC for almost two months. Every time I call maintenance they claim to fix it. Finally after the 8th call I had to get the property manager involved who at this point was a total waste and no help. Also you have people smoking weed outside of your apartment, fighting, dog feces everywhere. There is never any parking near you apartment if you have a job. Biggest Mistake Of My Life!! I have been living in this Nightmare for 7years and The so called "new" maintenance and "new" panco management are still horrible as the hundreds of companies that came before them. The neighbors are rude and inconsiderate they do not train their children or have any respect for other tenants. The walls are so thin you have no peace and quiet, lots of plumbing problems, water leaks, bugs i have never seen before, mold issues, the AC breaks every year just like the pipes!!.. Fair means GOOD Greetings, I currently live in an apartment complex that compliments my 8 year old son's school, it's literally 1 mile away. What a convenience!! However my complex receives a fair rating because of the hollow floors which allows a resident to hear every footstep of the above tenant. anyway to take money I have lived is several different places in my life and this one is one of the worst. they find any way to make you pay, being by towing your cars for dumb reasons, aka like parking in a visitor spot when there are no spots on front of your built advailble, to not having your sticker displayed exactly as the tow company wants. next, they will charge you for ever thing they do wrong, the maintenance team is one of the worst and cause more problem then fix. leaking everything but you have to pay the water ... read more
worse When we moved in, we some problem with the lock, it took them days to fix it and immediately after that comes the AC, it also took them 5 days to fix that and now the AC is worse than before, then the door net was broken before we got it and they havent fix that till this minute, also now the light kitchen is not working and we also call them,they are still figuring when to come fix it. Well for me this is thumbs down
