Tommy is the only way to go! My husband and I would recommend Tommy without hesitation. He was knowledgeable, patient and well- orgainzed. His report was emailed to us in less than 24 hours. What we appreciated about the report was that it was clear and easy to understand. Tommy also dropped off a binder to my home with the same report printed out along with the termite inspection certificate. Thank you Tommy for helping us make one of the biggest decisions of our lives!
Great Inspector From the very begining when I spoke to Tommy on the phone he was very professional and courteous. Met me at the house on time and explained everything to me and detail as he looked at the house. He made many reccomendations on what to do to keep the house updated and functional and also things that needed to be addressed. Very nice guy and his follow ups are amazing with phone calls, emails and text messages. Very highly reccomended and if your looking for a house he's your guy to do the inspection!!!

Outstanding & Professional Tommy is a knowledgeable personable professional. He put me at ease during our potential home purchase inspection and was very detailed and complete. I Highly Recommend Tommy My husband and I found a house we loved, in our price range, and a decent neighborhood. We hired Tommy as our home inspector, because he is sincere and very knowledgeable.
