Jessica Tommy explained everything very well, offered many suggestions and answered my questions. I learned a lot about the house and how to go about renovating and fixing areas that needed work. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and the inspection report was very thorough. I would definitely recommend Tommy to friends and family members!
Tommy is the only way to go! My husband and I would recommend Tommy without hesitation. He was knowledgeable, patient and well- orgainzed. His report was emailed to us in less than 24 hours. What we appreciated about the report was that it was clear and easy to understand. Tommy also dropped off a binder to my home with the same report printed out along with the termite inspection certificate.
