I recommend Homespector Inc. Tommy is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough with his home inspection. He answered all of my questions, and gave us good advise. He took his time and was very patient with us and sent us our report right away. I would highly recommend Homespector Inc.

Great Service I was really happy with the service that I recieved from Tommy at Homespector Inc. I was able to get an appointment with short notice. They were very helpful to me since it was my first time buying a home. He was able to walk through the entire house, in front and back. I learned alot. The report is detailed and has pictures that explain what needs to be done . I was very happy with Homespector Inc, and would definitely recommend them.

Overall Excellence This is our second time using Homespector's services, and once again Tommy has done an amazing job. Rushing to meet the tax credit deadline, I called Tommy and asked him if he could come that night for an inspection. He was there in an hour!! Tommy explained everything in depth -he even spent an extra half hour with us answering more questions. Overall excellence, thanks Tommy!!

Tommy is the man! Tommy came recommended from a friend and his services proved to be great, he was on time, professional and answered all of my questions and I would recommend him to friends and family. Tommy spent 2 1/2 hours going through the house, made sure he did not miss anything and explained what and why he was doing everything he did along the way.
