Awesome Tommy took his time inspecting the house every square inch. He was knowledgeable, one time and to the point. We had our report with in 24 hr via email, and the written report with in 36 hours. The report was clear and to the point with full photos pointing out any issues. True Professional Tommy was excellent! He is a true professional! My husband and I are 1st time buyers and Tommy explained each and every detail of the house, the property and everything in between. Recommend for expertise and professionalism I find Tommy very diligent and competent in his inspection with a house I am considering. He is professional and unbiased. The most important thing is he takes time to explain what he finds and what he cannot see but deserve follow up so that a non-specialist can have a sense of what to take from there.
