We were sold sliding doors with soft door closers that were not compatible. After their fitter confirmed this we called and emailed for a resolution but have received no response. The doors are fine but I would expect better service and for them to ensure the parts are compatible; we had to find our own workaround which cost us both time and money.
Excellent service. Managed to find me two replacement sliding wheel hangers for my old mirror wardrobes. Thanks again!
Had bi-fold wardrobe doors supplied by Homeslidedoorsystems about 8 years ago. The doors have proved very satisfactory since then but recently were accidentally damaged. Despite the length of time since fitting the company responded promptly and carried out quite an elaborate repair without any fuss and in a very friendly manner. With this experience I can recommend both the company’s products and excellent service.
