it is so nice to see another option except İkea . Better quality and style then İkea for same prices and in some products even cheaper there is good deals between the collection and they are very helpful when you ask sth. too bad they dont have online shopping option much as they prefer physical shop experience which is sensible when it comes to furnitures. location is perfect as there is many other big shopping stores nearby
I had a terrible experience - I paid hundreds for an item, when I went back to collect it they had broken it and refused to refund my money although the item had never left their care and store. The manager and assistant manager began lying and supporting each other - clowns! The head office gave me a refund thankfully. The products are great at good prices! The sales assistants are helpful and polite but the managers are spiteful, lack common sense and customer service.
I purchased some furniture from Homesense in Charlton last week and experienced difficulties with several aspects of the process, including booking delivery, checking out the items for purchase, and arranging packaging for smaller items. A member of staff named Darren was exceptionally helpful from start to finish. He assisted me with every issue I encountered, and nothing was too much trouble for him.
