Well laid out store, ever rotating stock with potential for a bargain
Lovely staff, always find what need
Collected a sideboard from this store on Friday, what can I say, excellent service and help from the staff, who helped carry and put it in the car for us, it was very heavy, the young man's name was Mason unfortunately forgotten the Ladies name but they were brilliant. Love shopping in this store, always helpful. Thanks.
Absolutely shocking experience today. Staff member needs to learn the basic communication skills with the public. Totally spoilt our day and will NEVER return. We have come to this shop for years. What a disappointment this was!!!!!! Keep away from this shop until management have given basic customer service skills to what we have just experienced.
