I’m a frequent shopper at homesense and I love it, I love finding new items and I probably pop in once a week as I live close by. I’m a retail manager and I’m very passionate about customer service and Today I had Brilliant service from the guy who served me at the till. I Didn’t catch his name but his operator number is 4863. He was friendly, smiley, helpful and efficient. He even spotted my empty drink cup in my hand and asked if I wanted him to put it in the bin.
