Big thanks to Stephen and the team for their help in my latest investment property purchase on Boundary Road in Carlisle. I viewed a couple of properties with them, and I wasn't rushed on viewings, they had the answers to the questions I asked and recommended I view the property I eventually purchased. Absolute rubbish service. Phone and called to enquire about renting a property they put onto Rightmove this morning. The company told me to wait and they would ring me back. I missed the call due to work. 5 minutes after I called them back they denied having the property and I told them I saw it on rightmove. When I said not to worry, that I would call someone else she just said “thank you” in a very rude way. I don’t recommend dealing with this company at all. Very fake and rude.
