Worked hard to sell my house and kept me updated with every step without me asking. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and couldn't ask for a better team to sell my house. Will be asking them to sell my future houses.
Today Monday 15th May we received the Keys to our chosen property Crosstead Great Yarmouth. Tomorrow 16th May would have 4 weeks that we made an offer that was accepted. We can only praise this company for an exceptional way they carried out this sale. Professional staff who kept us informed throughout what must be a record timing for Estate Agency sale. No Hesitation on recommending this company.
Really happy with my experience with homes and lands estate agents. Everything ran smoothly and communication was great throughout. Joe especially was great, always there on the end of the phone to either chase things up for me or answer questions for peace of mind. Can’t thank them enough for there help with dealing with solicitors and other parties involved. Over all great experience.
We completed our house purchase with Homes & Land in December 2021 and worked mainly with Joe. He was really helpful and answered any queries we had, as well as helping us chase the legal side of things when needed. Would definitely not hesitate to use them again in the future.
Excellent service provided by Johnathan and Joe nothing was to much trouble. Even going around and taking gas and electric readings for us.
