Shocking service! Paid extra for the disconnect and installation of new washer. Appliance direct didn’t put this on the delivery instructions which meant the delivery drivers couldn’t do it for apparently not been insured!

DO NOT USE. SCAMMERS. Everyone at this shop lies through their teeth. When you find a problem (and you'll find multiple) they lie, Manipulate and threaten. When that doesn't work they block your number. I'm not the 1st person to get the police involved to remedy the situation and I'm sure I won't be the last!
Please don't bring any electronic machine from here ,they are irresponsible person,last month I bought washing machine from here ,I done payment 170 pound .now it's not working,i requested to them regarding for repairing but they spoke very rude .at last my husband went down their shop and spoke with them ,then they send engineer,now they exchanged washing machine,that also not , even I can't connect machine properly.so am beg please don't trust these people
