The removal men were very friendly and chatty, however they did not cover my furniture and, as such, marked black smears along the walls of my hall from my suite, which in turn ripped the edges of the fabric of my sofa (damage which I did not notice until it was too late to claim). On top of this, they also broke one of the legs on one of my seats and simply sat it carefully down in place so as I would not notice.
