We have recently used HomeQuest whilst purchasing a property and would highly recommend. Very professional, great communication and always happy to help. The team there have assisted us with finding a Tennant and managing a buy to let property. They have a vast amount of experience and knowledge regarding the world of buy to let and have been happy to help answering any questions we have had. Very friendly, independent business. Cannot recommend them enough.
Homequest were a real disappointment. They were slow to reply, slow to act, and over priced work that needed to be done. All management was essentially done by the directors of the property. We have recently changed to a new company and have had more work with them in a month than homequest seemed to achieve in three years, with the outstanding work being sourced for £10 grand less.
