Awful company - do not use. What the heck is the point of a housing intermediary that doesn’t intermediate. Literally does not communicate, very hostile customer support who you have to go through to even find out whether your application is complete. Not acceptable given that they months to complete your application.

I wasted so much time with this company. Before applying they asked if I had any CCJs, bankruptcy or insolvency which I don’t. They said they would happily be my guarantor. So I paid them and went through the arduous process of uploading my documents, only to get an email saying they had cancelled my application due to me having an IVA (debt management plan). I told them that this was not clear when applying and I had been accepted, yet they took my money and cancelled my application. I can’t fault Joel or Ben as they tried ... read more
