Went to see a property, said as we left we definitely wanted it. Carl told us what sensitive financial information he needed which was sent within the hour, he sent us away happy knowing we had secured the house we liked. He then went behind our backs and showed the property to an "investment buyer" and sold to them, would obviously rather sell to landlords than home owners, nice to your face but stabs you in the back when it suits him.
