Easy communication. Friendly and helpful staff. When enquiring about viewings, received a telephone call and consulted on my budget and must haves; then taken to three properties in my price range and chosen area in one afternoon. Key collection and document signing was simple and streamlined. As a Tennant, Homemaker were great to deal with. Any issues which did arise were dealt with promptly. Estate Agents of my previous property. Rented accommodation, they were very lovely staff and all were welcoming and provided information on request. Always would answer questions I had. Quick and reliable. Didn't have to contact them for repairs so I don't know how they are in terms of that, I went direct through landlord. Potentially need to advertise more, even in Earlsdon area not as well known.
Quick and easy move. Helped me find a place closer to work.
