First they want to charge me extra for an piece to go into the lift and not they didn’t but the back of the wardrobe on and want full payment stated coming to fix it at a certain time but he on the other side of England come on really
I had visited the shop and purchased the product I was defective and when I went back to exchange it they denied to exchange mentioned that you have to come within 7 days while their policy denoted in bill is 28 days. I have register the complain on harrow council let's see how it goes. Better to register complain ten arguing with them it's cheating how come council allow such frauds.

This company are catfhishers and money grabbers. I showed them a picture of a bed I wanted off of their own Instagram page. I received a different bed nd they tried to gaslight me stating that it is the same bed however, it is not always going to be accurate. I called within the 48 hours to try and change the order which they delayed the process so that I do not receive my money back.
