We were really happy with the service, my dad had a issue with his roof i found James in trust a trader leaflet when he visited he gave a very honest and reasonable quote the 2 lads that did the job were very pleasant and quite funny during the work the lads found a few hidden issues that the quote couldn't have foreseen. James explained everything really clearly showing us photos and video and explained our options in a very professional manner without ever pressurizing at all and my dad chose go ahead. We had a full roof replacement paid for as a complete package including guttering, flat roof, main roof, chimney height reduction and recap, chimney repointing, roof window, and a replacement beam. They also did some additional smaller jobs included in the price which were important to me. They were quick, efficient and friendly and the whole job was done in under a week, with their scaffolders acting quickly as well.
