The organisation is giving the industry and cleaners a bad name. Upfront payment that is higher then there is a further fee taken from cleaners. Which is not disclosed. If the cleaners don’t work out you don’t see your money back one that I have reported to trading STDs. I feel the people they employ are desperate for secure income but eventually get paid less than they might think. The problem with this company is Nisha, the coordinator who lies to customers about everything. She told me she was booking me for a Deep Clean of 6 hours delivered by two cleaners who spoke sufficient English for me to give simple instructions. In fact they didn't use English words except for "Cleaner" when they arrived over one and a half hours late. This is the first time I use Gleamers Cleaning and it won’t be the last! They are professional, reliable and extremely efficient. The cleaners they sent me are absolutely brilliant, they didn’t need any supervision and they left my flat spotless. I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Gleamers for the outstanding service they provide.

Please don't use this awful company. Cleaners don't turn up, I found Nisha to be rude and unprofessional. My cleaner didn't show up, I asked for a replacement, which didn't show up either. I then asked for a refund and was told that would not be possible. Also the charge is £20 per hour, the cleaner only receives £12.50 of this, and even with the huge agency fee, I was expected to do all of the admin and chasing and phone calls. So stressful and rude.

Excellent cleaners at the best price I've found. Found availability for me really quickly and were very flexible about times, frequency, length of clean etc. Super easy and professional. The actual cleaners (we have had 2 over a few months) were both great. Helped us to keep on top of regular cleaning while working full time which is what we needed. Thank you!
