Good job from both lads looks lovely had horizontal blinds on front of house was recommended by my mum who had vertical blinds done last month will definitely use again

After ordering our blinds we had to wait 6 weeks for delivery/fitting. Twice we had appointments rearranged due to 'staff holidays' and when the fitter finally turned up he said the blind was the wrong size (their fault). He said it wouldn't be as long of a wait this time to get a replacement, but two months later we still haven't got a blind in my sons bedroom. I've chased them twice and they say they will look into it and never call us back. They've been less than appoligetic and the customer service is seriously lacking.

Arranged for a measuring. 1st time came and said you don't have skirting boards and windowsill. 2nd time had everything in place, builder let the guy into measure and I said I'll be there in 5 minutes. Came back to find the guy had just left, even though he could measure everything and I would have been back in 2 minutes like I told him.

One of the worst companies that I've dealt with. Measurements were wrong twice by two different people! It's not a rocket science so it's beyond me how both of them managed to do it wrong twice! Was charged the full amount by mistake and took 4 months to finally get everything sorted out. The fitter on the day threw a tantrum at me for not paying and how he'd wasted his time coming! But when he realised his mistake he apologised and left. The men in question are Code and Elliot! Never again although the blinds are beautiful ... read more

Ordered 6 blinds 3 had to be recorded due to wrong measurements, and then another one had to be reordered, sent email stating my disappointment with no reply, the fitter wrote on the order form stating my disappointment with the gaps in the vertical blinds, fitter said someone from the office would ring 1st thing on Monday (no phone call) very disappointed would not order from this company again.
