I bought 10 sets of blinds and so far have been very happy with the service and quality. In a few months I’ll be finishing the rest of the house off. The blinds look sturdy enough to me, and seem good quality.

Be warned and avoid this company. Our blinds starting failing within 6 months and the customer service is non existent refusing to repair or replace.

Aftersales service is disgusting! My Mother in law had new conservatory blinds and was initially very happy. However, after reporting the blinds needed a slight adjustment just after fitting to avoid being ripped down. We are now more than 8 weeks on and no further forward. After 4 visits back to the shop and several calls we were told we were booked in and no one came. Again another visit to the shop then I rang their head office. I have always had such excellent customer service from Homefair, both in the shop and also from the fitters. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my blinds

I ordered a track for my vertical blinds at the Cramlington shop. Very good service. I then decided to order new slats too. Again excellent service. Very knowledgeable about the blinds and materials. Both were put up by myself with no hassle. Will use again.
