My doctors office recently shared with me the run around they are experiencing from the HOME CALL office staff since October. In my experience the office staff can absolutely RUIN patient/nurse relationships. This office in particular seems to reduce people to paperwork and prevent patients access to great care from excellent nurses. Speculation, and some evidence recently obtained suggests that HOME CALL only accepts patients of certain demographics which is not only highly unethical but ILLEGAL!
