I found my rental property through Homebase. I met Lee Burnard who guided me through the prospective property. Lee was fantastic in all aspects of the process and always available when I had a query. I’m really happy with the way the Homebase handled everything — smooth, efficient, and exactly how I wanted it to be. It was a hassle-free process with no overwhelming number of calls or confusion. Lee was especially helpful, always available, and provided clear, informative guidance throughout. The only minor downside was a few unwanted calls from their partner company regarding utility switching, which felt a bit pushy. But overall, a great experience!
