I went to the Team after our last sale fell through. Our house was on the market 5 months at the point it fell through. I discussed with Shona who was very helpful. We did a quick photo refresh. I viewed many properties they were selling so I know how proactive the team are for the sellers. Home Sweet Home Estate Agents of Markinch and Dunfermline have been a revelation! Shona and Scott Galloway are simply brilliant at what they do, market and sell properties. I spoke to Shona first and agreed the sales fee, viewing procedure etc. Scott took the sales pics on Saturday and on Sunday the property was listed on Right Move. I'm really annoyed about the contact. I emailed to arranged a viewing. Was told to call, which I tried to do but there was no answer, so I went back to emailing. I was offered a viewing time and I responded 10 mins later to accept the viewing time and then I got an email 2 days later saying that viewing time isn't available anymore. I again emailed back about 10 mins later and I have heard nothing back. Extremely unprofessional.
