This company came highly recommended from my neighborhood ******** webpage. I called them to come out and give me an estimate for a squirrel getting into my attic. Two gentlemen showed up and were very professional. They told us that we had not only a squirrel problem but a bad infestation of active mice. Extremely dissatisfied with the services received from Home Paramount Pest Control. The work to be performed was removal of old insulation, repair of damage caused by pests and installation of new insulation in the main attic, pest control and pest exclusion in garage attic, and general pest control. The workmanship and supervision of work was very substandard. I have used Home Paramount since 1990 (annual termite inspection and quarterly pest control) and recently discovered what a disreputable, dishonest and fraudulent entity the Va Bch office is. Jimmy L*** came out June 2019 for the annual termite inspection and informed my tenant that there were roof rats in the attic and that he would follow up with her with what needed to be done and also contact the owner on the recommendations. We have used Home Paramount for years for our Termite Bait Stations. We called them last year because we were seeing rat droppings in our attic. The inspector said this was a big problem in our area and that we needed to have our insulation replaced and barriers installed to keep the rats out of the attic. We paid $5000 + for the attic cleaning and insulation replacement and signed a contract for rat bait traps and pest control. No one came out after the install to do an inspection. Poor quality of service! Do yourself a favor and contact other qualified pest control. I was charged $800+ for no results.
I have dealt with this company for several years and have always found the management, administrative personnel and the technicians to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. They originally installed insulation and sealed the house due to a family of squirrels living in my attic. The work they did excellent work and the cleanup afterward was exceptional. A few years later when I had the roof replaced, the roofers removed the seals and did not replace them. This resulted in a whole new family of rats moving in. ... read more
I contacted Home Paramount Pest Control for a possible squirrel issue in my attic. The inspector came out and did an assessment and stated that there was evidence of squirrels and mice in my attic. He quoted me $3,000.00 for services to replace insulation and fix holes that were used by the squirrels. I had another company "*****" come out and provide me a second quote and the inspector for ***** stated that there was NO EVIDENCE of any squirrels or mice in my attic and that I wouldn't need any service. We had several methods of pest control performed on our house. Unfortunately some collateral damage was sustained during the attic rehabilation. Despite multiple calls to several individuals within the organization and eight weeks time, the total repair job has not been completed. My frustration has negated the good work of several employees. I would certainly rethink using or recommending the services of Home Paramount. "Customer service is paramount to us". NOT REALLY
Typically, I would have called ********* a company I've used in the past. They did a great job. Unfortunately, they couldn't come out the day that I needed them and I was leaving for a week-long vacation. So instead I hired Home Paramount Pest Control. BIG MISTAKE!
