Home Paramount should not even be in business. They are rude, disorganized and their quality of service is horrible.
Called Paramount for a groundhog problem at a rental I own in Farmville VA. The original girl assigned to my case did go out and access the situation telling me they could trap the groundhog and enclose the crawlspace to make sure no other critters could get in. This was at a cost of $1800. She told me they trap until they catch it. Well suddenly she stopped returning my calls and I had to speak with a manager. The customer service at Home Paramount Pest are incredibly bad. The agents are rude and irrational. Roslyn makes you feel like she is giving you a deal at first, but then when you are billed twice in a matter of days, they act as if they don't understand your frustration. As it stands we have signed a 1 yr contract and I can't tell you how happy I will be to never see these crooks again. Home paramount pest control company should not be in business. They do not do a thorough screening for their employees and apparently have some that are dishonest. If they come into your home I would suggest you walk around with them and be certain nothing is removed by sticky fingers. I had an incident and when I called the company they would do nothing about the theft. It was a few days after their employee was in the house so I didn't realize the theft had occurred. Specific to this complaint, customer contacted Home Paramount approximately 15 days after the date of service to allege theft. 0 stars!!!!!! Home Paramount is by far the most unprofessional company I know. They lie about the jobs they complete, overcharge and then send you to collections for a bill they agreed I would be refunded for. The Manager in the Fallston office is unresponsive and isn't accountable for his actions. They charged me 650 dollars for bird removal for 5 vents however they only put up one vent and I later found out they never removed the nest which was in my vent dryer. Home Paramount charged Ms. C******** in June 2021 for wildlife services and refunded her in July 2021 due to her dissatisfaction with services. No one at Home Paramount was contacted by Legal counsel in this matter. In addition, there is some obvious confusion regarding the balance on her account for pest control services as this was not agreed to, however, in good faith this balance will be removed from her account and collections efforts will be terminated. Thank you.
This business isn't worth the money they have very lazy workers who don't complete there jobs. I'll never use or recommend them ever.

September 18, 2021: We had phoned to arrange an inspection for a recently discovered yellow jacket problem in the porch ceiling immediately outside our front door. We were advised that an "inspector" would have to first come out to assess the situation. This inspector notified us that the cost of treating the yellow jackets alone would cost $350. Signed a 1 year contract with them 2 years ago, after the contract expired, they kept showing up and I would tell them the contract expired and I no longer wanted their service. Now there coming when I'm not home ( I guess ) and billing me for their service. I have called when receiving a bill each time and they apologize and say it won't happen again. Going to speak with my attorney next time.
Will never use again. Two day wasted on waiting for them to come treat our home. When you ask them to do something forget it they can not follow directions like don't send the same guy out to your house because he doesn't treat anything. My new deck has bee holes in it because they can not do the job.
