My apartment complex, ******* *********** Columbia, allowed Home Paramount Pest Control to set traps in our ceiling which by law should have been checked daily. A technician from Home Paramount also told me the traps should be closed on Fridays so they are not left open during the weekends. My 77 year old mother called this company to address some carpenter ants. They told her she had issues everywhere. It ended up being $3400. I got involved, her son, and they agreed to refund $1584. I was told the refund would be processed, but we still haven't received anything and its going on 3 months. How do we get the refund that they said they processed.

The refund was submitted for processing on 12/17/2020 to our 3rd party vendor but in researching this request it was determined that for some reason the process was unsuccessful and Home Paramount was not notified of such. Home Paramount misrepresented the financial terms for deferred payment. The damage to my walls has not been repaired and they have failed to respond to voice mail messages and only replied to an email. The branch manager maintains his incorrect version of events. I fell for the mice infestation and signed on for mice removal and new insulation. I understand from other reviews that they frequently pull this scam. I'm embarrassed that i fell for their lies. They added a $600 pest management plan to my contract when I specifically said NO to the pest management plan. Spent 4 months trying to get the $600 removed b/c when they came out to do the service I said no so i never wanted it and it never happened. Make it go away 4 months in, 5 phone calls to the store and 3 calls to Green Sky they removed that fee. 4 months in i start seeing the same activity that i saw when i called them in the 1st place... an Entomologist came out and said it was post powder beatle and NOT termites at... read more

In my experience with Home Paramount Pest Control theres only 1 thing, (Sandra in store 401), customer service representative. The customer service for this company sucks except for Sandra. I've made numerous appointments with Sandra which fit my schedule and were canceled by someone else without notifying my family of the change after I would sit during the 2 hour window. Every time this happened I would call the main number and asked specifically for Sandra and she would correct the problem even though the damage was done.... read more
I *had* this service for close to 40 years! I had to fight with them to do anything when I had visible termite swarms or active tunnels. I paid faithfully ALL those years. Every year when the renewal came due, they'd send four, five, six bills in advance of the annual inspection. I am filing a complaint against Home Paramount for over billing me for a service call on April 13, 2020. The normal fee for completing a service call is $100.80 which includes service on the interior and exterior of my home. Home Paramount only completed the exterior work. The spoke with representatives at 8007677681 on two telephone calls on May 7 and June 10 and clearly told them I would only pay for the work they completed. I would not trust this company to step on a half-dead cockroach. After 39 years as a customer it finally dawned on me what a scam this company perpetrates on its customers. Thirty-nine years of annual pest inspections just to keep up my termite warranty, and what do I get when I really need them? A final shaft. This place is a complete joke. I signed into a contract with Home Paramount Pest Control based on a recommendation. I normally wouldn't sign a contract, if you provide a good service at a reasonable price, you don't need to force customers to stay. I called them out to look at everything and was quoted a price. i had to sign a 1 year contract. on the very first treatment they came out, they drove ants into our house where we had none before.
