Simply outstanding in every way! From choosing the sofa in the store ( Clive and Rachael, owners spent ALOT of time with us), to precise manufacturing schedule and finally delivery (they will deliver pretty much anywhere in UK), the whole process was seamless and a joy. In a world of big chain sofa stores, Home of The Sofa surpassed expectations in every way. Helpful, courteous and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.
Totally agree that Home of the Sofa is a five-star outfit. The service we had from Rachel and Clive when we recently bought a very comfy armchair from their shop was just brilliant. They provided very helpful advice in a completely supportive and non-pushy way, and we couldn’t be happier with the armchair we decided upon. In addition, the work that Liz did in making up sets of loose covers for two pieces of furniture was absolutely top-notch. Great professionalism and value for money all round. Thanks!
Highly recommended - it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Rachel and Clive, the customer service was excellent. We bought our much-loved and well used Sofa Workshop Caruso sofa 24 years ago and, although structurally sound, it was looking rather tired. I visited the Home of the Sofa showroom and Rachel guided me through the pros and cons of all of the options. Could not be happier with the quality of the sofa we bought and the level of service we received from Home of the Sofa. In our search for a new sofa we went to ALL the usual high street shops but either the sofas weren't comfortable enough or were ridiculously priced. At Home of the Sofa we were able to design the exact sofa we really wanted, including style, colour, fabric and leg choice. And this was all at a very very reasonable price. Not just your “ordinary Sofa shop”. Rachel and Clive are the most accommodating, professional and friendly people. We took our sweet time deciding on everything but not once did we feel pressured into it. Rachel broke it all down into manageable chucks for us and made the whole process so much easier.
