This company is a scam This company is very responsive until we made the initial payment to them ! I feel like they are just a scam . Before we decided to use this company, I repeatedly asked what was the initial payment. I got told by them that the initial payment is 268gbp and the rest will be paid upon completion . Don't use online solicitors! They just act as an agent pimping cheap solicitors and in my case when the one they appointed breached client confidentiality, refused to take any responsibility despite having taken a >£300 fee. In fact the agreement you sign effectively absolves them of liability if they make a mistake. I had also ended up dealing with six different people just two weeks in!
