Initially I got no contact from the first group of contractors from ServiceMagic, but once Home-Kim was asigned I got a call within hours, they came out and quoted me the next day, and the job was complete within a week. Very nice people, good job, and reasonable rate.
Repair looks great - no problems found. I did not have to be home for the repairs.

The work was scheduled quickly, accomplished on time at a very reasonable price, and in excellent fashion. In fact, two of my neighbors also contracted with Home-Kim on the spot. Great work! Quick turnaround for siding repair due to storm damage, were able to come next day.

I had a leak coming from the roof which was behind the siding...i was told i would have the bottom half of 1 side of my house re-wrapped behind the siding...it cost $1600....but they only put the wrap in certain spots...they did not re-wrap my house as stated on the proposal
