The crew came at the appointed time. The were very polite, capable and thorough. The service call was answered very promptly. Customer service was great. Thank you for the prompt response.
Completed a project involving replacing missing fascia. Estimate provided promptly, reasonable price, and project completed quickly. Ken followed up several times and I was very satisfied with the work.

Other companies told me I would need every piece of plywood on my roof replaced (before they even took off the shingles) but Ken said he did not think that would be the case and he was correct I only needed one board replaced, this saved me over $2000. I met with Ken for a quote and he was smart, open and friendly about the work I needed done to replace the shutters on my house. The quote provided was right on the spot and ended up being half as much as the next company that I met with. After providing the down payment I never heard from him. I called to follow up a week later and he said he would call me back, but never did. Another week later they showed up at the house to do the job. I replaced the siding on my entire house after some storm damage. I did a fair amount of research about siding and got bids from three contractors. Suffice it to say that Home-Kim was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They even had to make some mid-course changes when some surprises were found when the old siding was removed.
