WARNING! Customers are warned against using Home-Kim Group, Inc as a vendor. Your use of this company is at your own risk. The Co. misled me in their ability to complete a simple project. Although the Co. new they could not deliver a product, they order mismatch material and tried to convince me to accept trim not IAW HOA. Additionally they destroyed my house by removing the trim above the window exposing the wood to the elements leaving me with the bill, & refuse to return all of my security deposit costing me $1,000s of $$... read more

Customer's project was to replace rotted wood features around windows and door. He approved sample of non wood material and jointly ordered features from catalog. As features were being installed, customer did not want to proceed. Alternatives were offered but refused. After negotiations, his deposit was refunded less restocking fee.
Did a good job removing a satellite dish antenna from my roof. Would use them again.
I had a leak coming from the roof which was behind the siding...i was told i would have the bottom half of 1 side of my house re-wrapped behind the siding...it cost $1600....but they only put the wrap in certain spots...they did not re-wrap my house as stated on the proposal
They did a great job--efficient and cost effective! Our rep Ken was quick to correct one issue and he followed through via calls and email, which was greatly appreciated! Will use them again for sure.
We were thrilled that they were able to repair our dangling siding on the same day! The repair man was incredibly thorough and fixed more than just the obvious problem area. I was really impressed by the quality of repair. The price was VERY reasonable. In my very wind-blown neighborhood where siding often falls, I will definitely recommend Home-Kim Group to everyone.

Home-Kim quickly completed a small siding replacement job that two other contractors took on but did not complete. Home-Kim took great care to avoid damage to roofing and ensure worker safety.
Work was completed in one day and looks great. Not an easy job to get to.
Salesman first suggested complete roof replacement before assessing roof leak but never got on the roof. Decided to have immediate problem fixed and defer full replacement. Installers came out to start job but had no matching shingles in spite of my prior call to ask if the correct color was communicated. I was told installers had a variety of shingles on the truck (wrong). Contracted start-by date was missed. Multiple commitments to call me were missed.
