Had a little scheduling problem and discrepancy with work done. Managers were right on top of it and solved issues quickly. (The value of good management) This is why I gave rating of excellent customer service! The price was very fair as well. Overall, I would call Home-Kim again.
I had water damage because storm winds and rain penetrated my old siding. Had new siding put in. The crew worked fast and hard. They ripped one screen window, and knocked a gutter out of whack. But on prompting from the manager, both were fixed the next day. A year later, the work is holding up nicely.
The crew came at the appointed time. The were very polite, capable and thorough. The service call was answered very promptly. Customer service was great. Thank you for the prompt response.
Home-Kim Group came out the next day which was a Saturday and took care of a very difficult siding issue on my townhouse. All the other venders I called were not available until Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Great job, great price. I would definitely hire them again for any repairs.

Superior customer service and repair. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful sales manager, Ken Alderfer. The crew was very professional, friendly and the work met my very high expectations. I will call Ken Alderfer for any future projects needed on my home.

Job took way too long. Contacted them in September and they did not finish up until end of November. Otherwise good job.

Order not received until November. Customer was to have supplied us with material to reinstall. We had to find material and purchase for repair.
