Over a year later and I am being completely ignored by Chris who promised me to put things right and never did. Wrong bathroom tiles fitted which I let go. Leak through the roof which after being fixed. I let go. Shower handle that still leaks. Shower glass, to small and the plastic has torn at the bottom allowing water to go all over the floor. Apparently this must be acceptable. Absolutely Crap. I feel completely let down. I would never use him again.
Whilst our carpets were fitted very nicely the customer service was poor. Had to chase the shop for several days to get a fitting date. Took 5 days to finish 1 bedroom and a stairs. We were also left without a bedroom door for over a week.
We were slightly apprehensive using Home Interiors Ltd Derby for the first time. Excellent workmanship - both professional and highly competent - we’re very pleased with the end result and will definitely continue with future services from yourselves - thanks Tom and Chris
