Scumbag company who steal from you. Still awaiting money but still being totally ignored. Absolutely heartbreaking they can treat a family this way.
Housing owned by H/G on the diplocks estate are either full of mould or subsidence they still have espestos ceiling’s/ tiled floors which is hazardous net alone wiring from the 60s . New roofs were put on however we’ve been waiting for new windows for several years. Contractors bodge jobbing which your then reliable for . Home group have public liability insurance but refuse to correct damages their contractors make claiming you need content insurance. Shocking service they sent a contractor in my flat, my carpet is ruined because of the contractor, I have made an complaint and still nothing. Terrible service
Difficult to contact. Phone numbers don't work. Chat lines don't answer. Very poor company I feel sorry for their tenants, glad and thankful I'm not one of them.
